A 52m high tower with 13 floors. The basement area covers a total of 1,200m²
and the tower totals at 4,000m². Due to the limited area of the plot, the structure
has only two reinforced concrete columns and one core. The two columns were
designed for vertical loads and the core for the applied lateral forces.
