Static and seismic rehabilitation– strengthening of three multi-story buildings with the use of confinement jackets in column joints and beams, addition of shear walls, strengthening of the foundation, and canceling the narrow joints between buildings. Pushover Analysis was conducted. Passive energy dissipation systems were considered in the suggested strengthening methodologies during the Preliminary Design.
