Seismic upgrade of the existing reinforced concrete frame structure, a roof extension and a small ground floor addition. The retrofitting of the existing structure was done with concrete jackets and the new additions were with moment resisting frames. The project was designed and constructed with a very strict time schedule (8 months) that required the coordination of all the design and construction team.
